Unearthed at a fall yard sale & never written in, this lovely old record book is gradually becoming a visual journal in the twenty-first century. Note the folios stamped in indigo ink.

Regarding the two-page entry in the old Record book (pp 10 & 11); So this is what the Garden of Eden looked like...
The Wilson-Jones Co. seems to still be in business without the hyphen.

I am jealous of your leather bound ledger you lucky gal! Great find. I thought the images looked like webbed frogs or toads feet at the page end and a bulbous inflated frogs or toads throat at the top of the page. Stunning artwork. And that feather is a marvel.
